We log the IP Addresses of website visitors for the following reasons
- To prevent misuse of any of our services by automated scripts and bots
- To trace problems with our services. In these cases IP Addresses are stored only until we have fixed the related errors. This usually takes between 24 to 48 hours, after which the IP Addresses are deleted

We do not store any information to identify you or your computer. There are two exceptions to this as below
- We will maintain a record of personal information like email address, name and contact details when you apply for an account to access our services
- We will have a record of your name and email address when you contact us by email. We normally will maintain these details for a period of 3 months after your query has been resolved.
